• The Business Development Manager position will be responsible for maintaining and growing Markel's relationships with our retail strategic partners.
• You will coordinate your promotional efforts with Markel Specialty national business development, regional underwriting, and leadership teams to build brand awareness of Markel as a world-class insurance company.

Base: $116k - $159.6k/year; Bonus/Equity: 30% bonus potential; Benefits: Multiple health, dental and vision insurance plan options and optional life, disability, and AD&D insurance, 401(k) with employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, PTO, corporate holidays and floating holidays, parental leave.
