Lead, manage, and oversee the full Engineering operation of the resort, ensuring all facilities, plant, equipment, systems, and infrastructure are maintained in safe and excellent working condition at all times.
Lead and supervise the engineering team, ensuring proper manpower planning, duty allocation, technical guidance, coaching, training, performance management, and continuous development of team members.
Ensure the resort remains compliant with all health, safety, fire, environmental, and statutory requirements, and support inspections, audits, and corrective action plans.
