Visionfund is seeking an Emergency Response Roster - People & Culture Manager to lead human resources strategies in humanitarian contexts, ensuring the well-being and performance of staff in crisis situations. Job Summary

  • Provide strategic leadership in people management and organizational development to optimize humanitarian emergency response start-up, early phase and medium-term performance.
  • The P&C Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring, developing, and promoting P&C strategy, staff well-being, performance and accountability culture, diverse and talented workforce with the right set of mindset and behaviors.
  • Develop and implement well defined staff, volunteer and intern on-boarding and exiting procedures, including context and safeguarding briefings.

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Professional qualifications in Human Resource Management or OD
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Senior HR Management
  • Minimum 2 years working in humanitarian response contexts
  • Experience in risk management in high-risk environments
  • Effective written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Can Pass HEAT Training
