Job Summary
This role provides transparency and understanding around threats, enabling data-driven decision making and awareness of capability maturity through data storytelling and visualization.
Responsibilities include identifying key cybersecurity metrics, establishing reporting frameworks, designing and building Power BI dashboards, and providing executive-level reporting on program effectiveness.
The position requires collaboration across teams to ensure scrum participants follow processes, acting as an interface between the scrum team and product teams, and facilitating communication with various stakeholders.

Key Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Data analytics, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 8 years of demonstrable experience in dashboard development, cyber metrics and reporting
Strong expertise in quantitative risk frameworks
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, Bash, PHP, etc.)
One or more Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA)
