Experience with high-rate production requirements
Experience building sourcing strategies
Experience with dual-sourcing
Experience with make/buy trades
Experience with total cost analysis
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
Superior communication skills
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Comfort with digital tools
Enthusiasm for AI/automation adoption
Ability to obtain and maintain DBIDS background check
