Job Summary
The Reliability team provides support to Fab on reliability activities including process reliability monitoring, process development, excursions and change requests using conventional and/or FWLR methodology.
Your responsibilities are to collaborate with the Fab and Technology Development teams, and perform Reliability test structure design, testing, analysis/risk assessments and design rule proposals.
