Job Summary

• The Butler creates an added value to the overall experience of the guest by providing personalized service such as guest recognition, knowing their preferences, and creating a relationship with the guests to ensure a lasting and memorable stay.
• The position entails acting as a link between the guest and the hotel management and staff, ensuring all guest requests are followed up with, reporting guest feedback, serving food and beverage, assisting with packing and unpacking, and making recommendations and reservations.
• The Butler ensures professional and timely customer service, takes orders on all guest requests, and ensures accurate and timely processing in accordance with VIP and Villa concepts, making appropriate suggestions to enhance the guest experience.

• 1 year previous experience preferred
• Knowledge of Front Desk operations
• Knowledge of Concierge operations
• Knowledge of F&B operations
• Knowledge of Housekeeping operations
• College degree or equivalent professional training preferred
• Fluent in English
• Computer literate with OPERA (PMS), Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended period
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Ability to carry heavy items (minimum 15kg)
• Ability to work indoors with exposure to smoke and fragrances
