Job Summary

  • As the Senior Analyst, People Cost & Strategy – APAC, you will be responsible for managing the region’s HR Operating model analytics, progress and commercial process to ensure Cluster consistency and optimization.
  • This role partners with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure that workforce investments are optimized, market trends are understood, and organizational structures are fit for purpose and future ready.
