Job Summary
This role sits at the centre of that ambition bringing together systems, processes and data to create meaningful impact.
You will contribute to building and maintaining data pipelines, defining schemas and ensuring data is accurate, consistent and ready for downstream analytics.

Key Requirements
Experience in data integration, data modelling or pipeline development
Strong understanding of data structures, schemas and entity relationships
Experience working with or contributing to master data governance or cross-system data ownership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate across multiple domains, particularly People, Finance or Payroll
Experience with SQL and/or Python (e.g. pandas, numpy)
Exposure to AI tools for data analysis or process improvement would be advantageous
