Job Summary

  • Manage all aspects of Commercial Contracts for assigned contracts, working closely with the Program Office and Sales team to secure and execute binding purchase agreements.
  • Responsible for departmental governance, including establishing strategic goals, developing comprehensive policies, and setting clear objectives for your team.
  • Support customer aircraft deliveries, to include preparation of contractual delivery documentation and working with financial institutions for payment.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years contract management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Experience in aviation/aerospace preferred
  • Master's Degree in Finance or Program Management preferred
  • Juris Doctor preferred
