Safety of navigation is the foundational principle, ensuring that all commercial optimization recommendations never compromise the safety of the vessel, crew, or cargo.
The role serves as the primary owner for vessel underperformance claims, leading the end-to-end process of identifying, quantifying, filing, and recovering claims within strict timebars.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Minimum 3 years commercial shipping experience
Hands-on use of ZeroNorth digital routing tools
Proven track record managing vessel underperformance claims
Strong understanding of safe navigation principles
Ability to interpret commercial shipping contracts
Nice-to-have
Experience sailing as Master or senior deck officer
Exposure to LPG, CPP, or DPP tanker markets
Understanding of port agency and procurement processes
Experience working across multiple regions and time zones
Familiarity with risk management and compliance governance
