The Eligibility Specialist I is responsible for entering, reviewing, accepting, scrubbing, and correcting clinic encounters in the EPIC Practice Management System.
This position requires entering patients’ demographics, verifying patients’ insurance, making outbound calls to patients, and assisting patients through inbound calls.
