Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Human Resource experience
  • Strong employee relations and investigation skills preferred
  • Experience supporting multiple business groups/locations preferred
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Four-year college degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuing HR education
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to drive strategy and influence leaders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Passion and ability to deliver effective presentations
