Key Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience OR PhD with 3 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Biomedical, Mechanical, or related discipline)
  • Experience leading advanced root cause investigations
  • Strong working knowledge of Minitab or equivalent statistical software
  • Expert ability to read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings
  • Significant experience in FDA-regulated environments
