You will be responsible for contributing to designing, configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to meet specific client business requirements.
Your responsibilities include solution discovery & design, technical implementation, data migration, integration management, technical documentation, testing and quality assurance, user training, change management, incident and problem resolution, security and compliance, continuous learning, and collaboration and communication.
This role is contingent upon a contract award and requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
