Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
The role requires performing tasks such as measuring vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene, and ensuring resident safety while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs

Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
