  • The position requires stewarding Standard Operating Procedures, Change Management processes, and SLA commitments while monitoring and escalating non-compliance issues.

  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and flow metrics
  • Experience managing SOPs, SLAs, and Change Management
  • Proven ability to align cross-functional teams
  • Background supporting client-facing analytics or BI teams

Nice-to-have

  • Experience building operational dashboards
  • Familiarity with enterprise regulated environments
  • Knowledge of client reporting lifecycles
  • Background in Data Platform teams
