Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for managing all operational aspects of key accounts to deliver excellent client service across practice areas and regions.
  • The post holder will lead continuous improvement activities, ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory obligations while acting as a key interface for the Key Account Relationship Partner.
  • Candidates must have demonstrable experience in producing and analyzing data to identify performance issues and possess excellent knowledge of insurance litigation processes.
