Job Summary

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with applicable codes and standards, documenting through use of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Maintains, repairs, and conducts complex troubleshooting on mechanical/electrical systems such as pneumatic tube, HVAC, refrigerators/freezers, ice machines, commercial kitchen equipment, electrical, plumbing, piped medical gas systems, specialized water systems etc. with very minimal to no assistance/guidance.
