Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Manufacturing or Automation
15+ years of sheet metal processing industry experience
8+ years in technical management roles
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pro/e, and Office software
Expertise in sheet metal process design and documentation
Familiarity with automated equipment operation and maintenance
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, cost control, and quality management systems
