Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Strong background in environmental design
  • Experience delivering performance analysis
  • Knowledge of UK regulations and frameworks
  • At least 5 years experience in sustainability
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload

Nice-to-have

  • Experience using IES-VE or Rhino/Grasshopper
  • Knowledge of energy systems and thermal modelling
  • Experience with scripting Python C# JavaScript
  • Progress toward Chartered status
  • Familiarity with LEED BREEAM standards

Key Requirements

  • Relevant STEM or engineering degree required
  • Minimum 5 years experience in environmental design
  • UK regulations knowledge (Part L, BREEAM, Net Zero)
