Key Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or higher
  • Three (3) years of experience as a team leader, supervisor, or manager
  • Associates degree or higher in technical discipline
  • Two [2] years of experience in plant engineering role
  • Proven record of developing and implementing change
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Demonstrated abilities using MS Office, maintenance management systems
  • Experience leading organizations in strict compliance to EHS regulations
