The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in residents' condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining a calm and warm environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school education or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of PCC documentation system
Training in blood/body fluid exposure protocols
Nice-to-have
Warm and positive interpersonal approach
Strong observation skills for skin conditions
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff
