Operations Experience Managers are responsible for executing store standards, including customer service, department readiness, and operational processes, leading the Order Fulfillment team to ensure an excellent interconnected experience.
This role drives operational excellence by physically executing inbound freight processes, auditing receiving procedures, and implementing Shrink Action Plans, while also performing Manager on Duty functions.
Ops XMs provide input to store leadership on associate performance, talent planning, and selection, and coach and train associates on company policies, safety procedures, and customer service.
