Job Summary

  • Operations Experience Managers are responsible for executing store standards, including customer service, department readiness, and operational processes, leading the Order Fulfillment team to ensure an excellent interconnected experience.
  • This role drives operational excellence by physically executing inbound freight processes, auditing receiving procedures, and implementing Shrink Action Plans, while also performing Manager on Duty functions.
  • Ops XMs provide input to store leadership on associate performance, talent planning, and selection, and coach and train associates on company policies, safety procedures, and customer service.
