As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the next generation of AI- and agent-driven experiences in Workday People Analytics, turning workforce data into clear guidance and actions for HRBPs, managers, and business leaders.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Product Management with end-to-end delivery
Generative AI-powered product experience
AI/ML product development and launch
Data-driven prioritization and decision making
Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and UX
People Analytics and HR technology expertise
Nice-to-have
Proactive communication across time zones
Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
Strong bias for action and urgency
Technical background in engineering or data
Can-do attitude and ownership mindset
Experience with conversational AI and agent platforms
Key Requirements
8+ years Product Management experience
Significant generative AI market and strategy experience
Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI models
Experience in People Analytics, HCM, or HR technology
Comfortable working independently in fast-changing environments
