Experience with commercial refrigeration systems
Ability to operate powered lift equipment

Previous experience working with ammonia refrigeration
Flexibility to work rotating weekends and after hours

Proven track record in employee relations
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years of leadership experience
Maintain Meijer equipment operator license
Complete OSHA 10 training
Working knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements
