Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruitment for senior and leadership roles across multiple APAC countries, including intake, sourcing strategy, longlisting, interviews, offer management, and onboarding handover.
Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to clarify requirements, build assessment plans, and provide market insights to drive timely decisions.
Support regional TA initiatives such as process optimization, AI and digitalization, ATS/reporting enhancement, interview capability building, and employer branding activities.
