  • Own full-cycle recruitment for senior and leadership roles across multiple APAC countries, including intake, sourcing strategy, longlisting, interviews, offer management, and onboarding handover.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to clarify requirements, build assessment plans, and provide market insights to drive timely decisions.
  • Support regional TA initiatives such as process optimization, AI and digitalization, ATS/reporting enhancement, interview capability building, and employer branding activities.
