Job Summary

• The Client Service Associate assists in producing and delivering periodic investment reports to clients by collecting and documenting report requirements from various internal departments and supporting the creation and management of new report templates.
• Working under close supervision, this job will also partner closely with teams in product, distribution, operations, technology, shareholder services and others to build the client servicing capabilities required to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Develops industry and investment knowledge across traditional and alternative investment products to apply accurate information in reports.
