Employees must report all changes in residents' conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school education or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of blood/body fluid exposure protocols
Experience with resident assessment and care plans
Nice-to-have
Strong communication skills for reporting changes
Ability to create a warm and positive environment
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
