Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated success building job leveling/architecture
  • Experience in publicly traded environment
  • Advanced analytical and modeling capability
  • Workday Compensation experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
