Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • LLB, paralegal certification or relevant legal contracts experience preferred
  • Direct experience in redlining, contract language and negotiation
  • Prior experience with legal and contracting in pharma/biotech/CRO
  • Team leadership experience required
  • Experience in international contracting (EMEA/APAC & Canada)
  • Experience facilitating contracts from intake to storage
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management technology
