Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
LLB, paralegal certification or relevant legal contracts experience preferred
Direct experience in redlining, contract language and negotiation
Prior experience with legal and contracting in pharma/biotech/CRO
Team leadership experience required
Experience in international contracting (EMEA/APAC & Canada)
Experience facilitating contracts from intake to storage
Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management technology
