Job Summary

  • As a key member of our global Onboarding team, you will support our colleagues and customers in the EMEA and APAC regions, responsible for leading a team focused on onboarding new customers to Glofox within a key segment of our business.
  • You will own the operational health of the onboarding function, including backlog management, capacity planning, and forecast accuracy, while also leading, developing, and supporting a team of Onboarding Managers responsible for guiding clients through their onboarding journey.
