Board certification in Endocrinology by ABIM
Active unrestricted Medical State License in AL, TN, OK, MO, IN, SC or GA
Current LOQ with IMLC
Minimum 5 years as an attending physician
Demonstrated competency in managing CKD, ESRD, and CAD/CV conditions
Work Rights
Must have active US medical license in specific states and IMLC LOQ
