The successful candidate will evaluate patients within 24 hours of physician referral and develop individualized treatment plans requiring physician approval.
Responsibilities include supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, instructing caregivers on maintenance programs, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with state requirements.

Salary
Hourly: $65-$75/hour (Based on Experience)

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required
Current California PT license in good standing
CPR certification required
Experience with Casamba and PointClickCare preferred
