Job Summary

  • The Sr. Director, Events is responsible for the overall event management, production and logistical operations of concerts, family shows, private events and sporting events at the Oakland Arena and Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum.
  • This role will manage budget, profitability and client/tenant relationships, while supervising and training Event Managers and Guest Services Managers.
  • The position requires extensive knowledge of event production, staff management, and the ability to handle crisis situations decisively.
