As the Senior Learning Designer Indigenous Cultural Capability, you will lead the design and delivery of the next phase of our enterprise First Nations Cultural Capability Framework.
You will establish program governance, partner with Business Units to identify capability gaps and deliver practical, role aligned learning solutions that strengthen cultural safety, leadership accountability, and decision-making capability.
