Must-have
End-to-end payroll processing in high-volume environments
Expert knowledge of UK payroll legislation including PAYE and NI
Experience with large-scale payroll transitions and parallel running
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP platforms
Ability to create and maintain payroll SOPs and process maps
Nice-to-have
Strong analytical capability for variance analysis
Experience mentoring junior analysts and team support
Background in public sector or highly regulated environments
Proactive solutions-driven approach to service improvement
Key Requirements
