• The Maintenance Technician assists in the repair and/or installation of various facility related items, systems and/or components to ensure they are available and in safe working condition.
• Performs facility and grounds related functions to preserve facilities in a healthy, attractive and safe condition, and responds to emergency situations to resolve immediate safety concerns.
