Must-have
Developmental Social Worker Diploma or equivalent
Two years experience with developmental disabilities
Valid Ontario Class G Driver's license
Current First Aid CPR with Defibrillation training
Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certification CPI
Medication administration training and experience

Lifts and transfers skills
Personal Care Support experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated and disciplined attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Requirements
Completion of two-year post-secondary program in Developmental Social Work or Human Services
Minimum two years experience working with vulnerable populations
Criminal Records Check with vulnerable sector screening required
Must possess valid Ontario Class G Driver's license
Current Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (CPI) certification mandatory
