Job Summary

  • The IT Apprentice provides day-to-day first-line IT support to users across the business, focusing on resolving technical issues quickly, preparing and maintaining user devices, supporting onboarding, and assisting IT projects.
  • You will be supported by a team of five who work across our projects; Heathrow Airport, Tilbury Energy Tunnel (TKRE), High Speed 2 and track infrastructure, Thames Tideway Tunnel and water treatment in Slough.
