Job Summary
Assists residents with loading and unloading from facility approved vehicles and ensures their safe transportation to scheduled medical appointments or other approved activities.
Maintains the interior and exterior of facility vehicles to promote safe and comfortable transport for residents and project a positive image in the community.
Must be able to lift, transfer, and mobilize patient weights of up to 70 pounds by self in confined areas inside the van and make complex decisions involving a highly dependent patient base.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 25 years old
Valid Driver's License
Familiar with GPS and local driving area
No Traffic Crimes in the last 7 years
Not more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
Not more than one accident in 3 years
Pass a drug screen and background check
Proficient in Microsoft Suite products
Successfully completed CNA training and maintain all CE
