Key Requirements

  • Valid rental property management license with RECA
  • Valid Alberta driver’s license
  • 3-5 years commercial real estate experience
  • Retail portfolio experience preferred
  • Minimum three years people management experience
  • Experience in YARDI Voyager
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with capital improvement projects
