Key Requirements
5+ years of Database Administration experience
Extensive experience with MS SQL 2019 or above
Proficiency in performance tuning, optimization, and database internals
Proficiency in OLTP database environments
Experience configuring MSSQL replication, Availability Groups, and Distributed Availability Groups
Full systems lifecycle experience
Experience with high-volume, large-scale database systems
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
