Job Summary

• The Environmental Professional will cultivate environmental awareness with Cast and Leaders across the WDW property, providing support on project implementations designed to reduce the environmental impact of Walt Disney World operations.
• They will be driving environmental efficiencies such as expanding recycling infrastructure, reducing plastics, water stewardship, and energy efficiencies by creating trusting relationships with champions, addressing implementation risks, celebrating successes and providing on-going support as Cast adapt to sustained changes.

• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in change management, communications, business or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• Walt Disney World operational experience
