Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years infrastructure cost planning experience
High-voltage electrical construction knowledge
Proficiency in CANDY and Cost-X software
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
Experience managing teams up to five resources
Nice-to-have
Project risk assessment experience
Familiarity with regulated company standards
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
Key Requirements
Professional membership (CIOB, RICS, ICE)
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
Security Check (SC) clearance level
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
