Job Summary

  • Deliver expert advice and hands-on coaching across a broad range of people management issues, including misconduct investigations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Lead investigations into serious and sensitive matters, such as sexual harassment, and act as an escalation point for complex cases.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver balanced, fair, and appropriate outcomes, while building capability across the People Services function.

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Employment Law, Human Resources or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience advising on individual people matters
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong end-to-end case management experience
  • Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring others
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • High level conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience using reporting and data insights
  • Sound judgement, discretion and ability to manage highly sensitive information
  • Strong organisational skills
