Job Summary
Deliver expert advice and hands-on coaching across a broad range of people management issues, including misconduct investigations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
Lead investigations into serious and sensitive matters, such as sexual harassment, and act as an escalation point for complex cases.
Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver balanced, fair, and appropriate outcomes, while building capability across the People Services function.

Key Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Employment Law, Human Resources or related discipline, or equivalent experience
Proven experience advising on individual people matters
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong end-to-end case management experience
Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring others
Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
High level conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
Experience using reporting and data insights
Sound judgement, discretion and ability to manage highly sensitive information
