Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Design and develop regional military entities into simulation environments
  • Maintain change logs and version control for database entries
  • Update and maintain Irregular Threat Slide and briefing products
  • Coordinate with Joint partners regarding unconventional forces operations
  • Participate in Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) and war gaming
  • Develop detailed Irregular Force and Criminal Network order-of-battle
  • Conduct classified and unclassified research on emerging irregular tactics

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with OPFOR planning and MDMP at brigade and operational levels
  • Knowledge of irregular warfare doctrine and hybrid threat concepts
  • Experience supporting large-scale collective training events

Key Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of military experience
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of military experience
  • Secret clearance
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
