Job Summary
The Oncology Patient Navigator will work jointly with several medical departments, to actively reach, educate and engage men and women onto clinical trials.
Supports patients in treatment decision navigation, provides logistical support, acts as a liaison between the patient and medical team and directs patient inquires to appropriate staff.
Participates in community health education events and conducts outreach to community-based organizations.
