Job Summary

• This role will manage MS&T’s technical project book of work (primarily technology transfer projects) and will be a people leader of a team of technical project managers.
• Accountable for the technical project management of MS&T’s large portfolio of biologics and small molecule CMC technical projects, with the goal to meet PDS project closure and milestone adherence metrics.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an engineering, life science, or other technical discipline
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
• PMP certification is desirable
• Direct experience in leading technology transfer project teams
• Experience with project management for tech transfer of biologics and/or pharma manufacturing processes
• Proficiency & adaptability with software tools (MS Project, Power BI, Sharepoint, etc.)
