Job Summary

  • The Account Manager I is accountable for delivering excellent and efficient service by supporting the Account Manager and day-to-day management of a group of assigned accounts.
  • Processes cancellations, endorsements, reinstatements; issues certificates of insurance, audits, id cards, Workers Compensation posting notices, and evidence of property as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience personal property and casualty client service
  • P & C license required
  • High School Diploma required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EPIC or other Account Management Systems
  • Firm understanding of coverages
  • Superior customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
